Gmp99 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Users who are unable to verify their identity may face temporary or permanent access restrictions, subject to the platform's assessment.
These terms take effect as soon as you begin using the platform, even before formal registration is complete. Continued use constitutes acceptance of all subsequent updates to these terms.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to register only one account on gmp99. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. gmp99 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
Permitted Use of Platform
Users are prohibited from using the gmp99 platform for any unlawful activity, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or any form of game manipulation. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, use automated bots, or manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
Users are also prohibited from transferring, selling, or granting access to their account to any third party. Using another person's account credentials to access the platform is a serious breach of these terms.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the gmp99 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Supported deposit methods include online banking via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other local payment options listed in your account's deposit section. Available payment methods are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. gmp99 reserves the right to reject or return any deposit suspected to originate from a third-party source or suspicious activity.
All withdrawal requests are subject to gmp99's internal verification process. Processing time varies depending on your payment method and account tier. gmp99 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving any withdrawal that exceeds the set limit. Applicable rollover requirements tied to bonuses must be met before withdrawals can be processed for bonus-related funds.

Users acknowledge that betting involves financial risk and are solely responsible for all wagering decisions made. gmp99 is not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of betting outcomes.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Gmp99 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or any conduct deemed detrimental to the integrity of the platform. Such decisions are final and gmp99 is not obligated to disclose the specific reasons for the suspension to the user.
In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining funds in the account may be subject to further investigation before a refund is considered. Accounts that have been inactive for a specified period may be automatically closed in accordance with the platform's current policy.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the gmp99 support team via the official email. All pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures prior to official account closure.
Intellectual Property & Platform Content
All content on the gmp99 platform — including logos, brand names, interface design, text, images, software code, and any other visual elements — is the exclusive property of gmp99 or its respective content providers, protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, distribute, republish, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from gmp99. Unauthorised use of content may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
